Framingham Baseball League - all levels of play and opportunities to learn baseball skills. Summer and Fall baseball leagues. Many levels of play including: Merloni League (age 6), Peanut League (age 7), A League (age 8), AA League (ages 9,10,11), AAA League (ages 10,11,12), Majors (ages 11 & 12), Babe Ruth Prep (ages 13 & 14), Babe Ruth (ages 14 & 15). League is also known as "FLBL" or "Framingham Little-Big League".

Framingham Girls Fastpitch Softball - offers skill development and competitive play for girls between the ages of 6 and 14. The Spring season runs from April through June. The Summer season runs from June through July.
TBA Basketball is the largest youth basketball league in Framingham. Open to all boys and girls in grades 4-12. The season runs from Jan 2nd to mid March. Framingham Youth Football and Cheering - American Youth Football League - Football and Cheerleading programs for boys and girls ages 7-15. Framingham Youth Football is a non profit organization committed to building leadership, learning skills, teamwork and discipline in the young participants of both programs. Metrowest Colonials - semi-pro football team based out of Framingham, Mass. Team plays other state and regional teams in the New England Footbal League, (NEFL).

Framingham Youth Lacrosse, up to age 14. Spring & informal fall seasons.
Greater Framingham Running Club - amiable group of adults who run together on weekend mornings for our own amazement. We sponsor regular fun runs (sometimes on trails), a Grand Prix race series for competitive runners, coached track sessions for overachievers, a summer track series for kids, a newsletter without personals, and monthly meetings made less ghastly by a fun run and breakfast. Interested runners are welcome to join us on our fun runs (schedule posted on web site).
Framingham Turkey Classic - annual road race, run in November, (close to Thanksgiving). Field has reached over 1000 runners. Raising money for local charities for over 15 years, (the race is also called the "Turkey Trot" by some old timers).
Framingham United Soccer Club - youth soccer programs; intramural and (more competitive) travel team leagues for boys and girls ages 6-19, fall and spring seasons.
Framingham Swim Team - townwide competitive swimming and diving team for boys and girls. Practices and home meets are held at Keefe Tech pool.
