  1. What is the word on 126 work getting done soon? The detour there is horrendous. I was in a traffic jam for 10 mins this morning.

  2. Rt. 126 has been the worst road to travel all year. There are several projects that involve the road. Rt. 126 runs from the corner of School St. and Concord St. in Saxonville (where the “Rail Trail” work is being done). The work on “A” Street also backs up traffic on 126 near the Cherry St. / MassPike overpass. From Saxonville to the junction of Rt. 30, (Cochitutate Rd), the East Framingham Sewer Improvement project tears up the road daily. Then going into downtown there are other sewer improvements being done.

The DPW is planning to shut down work and repave Rt. 126 (Concord St.) by December and then won’t be working on it again until next spring.
