NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Board will hold a public hearing in the BLUMER COMMUNITY ROOM, MEMORIAL BUILDING, FRAMINGHAM, on TUESDAY, MARCH 22, 2011 at 7:15 P.M. to hear all persons interested in the petition of SCOTT AUSTIN for a VARIANCE to construct a shed within the side and rear setbacks on the premises located at 84 FLORISSANT AVENUE, shown on Assessors' Plan Sheet 307, Block 1, Lot 101. The Building Official denied the application under Section IV.G.2 of the Zoning Bylaw.
