To all persons interested in the above captioned estate, a petition has been presented requesting that a document purporting to be the last will and Codicil of said decedent be proved and allowed and that Kathleen Cunningham of Holden, MA and Terence Mahoney of Attleboro, MA be appointed executors, named in the will to serve Without Surety.
IF YOU DESIRE TO OBJECT THERETO, YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY MUST FILE A WRITTEN APPEARANCE IN SAID COURT AT: Cambridge ON OR BEFORE TEN O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING (10:00 AM) ON: 03/29/2011.
