NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Board will hold a public hearing in the BLUMER COMMUNITY ROOM, MEMORIAL BUILDING, FRAMINGHAM, on TUESDAY, MARCH 22, 2011 at 8:15 P.M. to hear all persons interested in the petition of CIRO R. SANSOSSIO for a SPECIAL PERMIT to ALTER A LAWFUL, NONCONFORMING, PRE-EXISTING RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE on the premises located at 37 GILBERT STREET shown on Assessors' Plan Sheet 136 Block 282 Lot 117.B. The Building Official denied the application under Section IV.G.2. of the Zoning Bylaw.
