Framingham Legends & Lore Story Hour - FREE program!
Edgell Memorial Library, 3 Oak Street, Framingham. 2:00 - 3:00 pm. Unplug, cool down, and here some fascinating historic accounts from Framingham's past! 3rd grade teacher from McCarthy Elementary School and "Framingham Legends & Lore" co-author James Parr has rewritten some of his tales to appeal to an audience of children age 5-10 +/-. This is the third event in the Summertime on the Centre Common children's program series produced by the Framingham History Center with sponsorship from NorthEast Community Bank. CRAFTERS WANTED FOR THE 5TH ANNUAL WINTER ART AND CRAFT FAIR AT FRAMINGHAM PUBLIC LIBRARY!
The 5th Annual Winter Art and Craft Fair will take place on December 14 from 10am-3pm. It is a juried annual fair in which only top quality crafts are selected. Enjoy free musical entertainment, a raffle and a bake sale to benefit the Framingham Public Library Foundation.
