Yoga for Gardeners Workshop
August 5 at 11:00am at Open Spirit, located on the campus of Edwards Church (39 Edwards Street in Framingham)Join us for our workshop Yoga for Gardeners led by Carrie Ganz​, and make your gardening even healthier! Gardening benefits us is such fantastic ways. It helps connect us to the Earth and make our spaces more beautiful and provides home grown produce. But with all that, can come muscle soreness.Yoga can help ease the seasonal soreness that comes from spending time in the garden. We will find ways to loosen the tension in your back, open your shoulders, stretch your neck and protect your knees. Learn poses that you can practice right in your garden to rejuvenate after time spent weeding, mulching, planting and pruning.Come early or stay late and explore the beautiful gardens located on the Open Spirit campus including an edible forest garden, a Veteran's healing garden and a community farm garden.The workshop is $20, and Framingham Garden Club members can receive a 40% discount on this workshop.
