Electronics Recycling Day (Framingham Residents Only)
Framingham’s Department of Public Works will host Electronics Recycling Day, Wednesday, June 16, at the Recycling Drop-Off Center, 255 Mount Wayte Ave, Framingham, MA from 12 noon 'til 8:00pm. *** Residents can bring any type of electronic device to dispose of as long as it has a power cord or power button. *** This event is open to all Framingham residents with a Recycling Center permit. *** IN PLACE OF A PERMIT , residents may DONATE NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS or GENTLY USED CLOTHING.

Sunday, June 20th 2021 is Father's Day! *** Happy Father's Day to all Framingham Dads! *** The first Father's Day was held in Spokane Washington in 1910 at the urging of Sonora Smart Dodd, who felt the need for a holiday to honor "fatherhood" (after Mother's Day began in 1907) and since her beloved father had passed away.
