Probably the number source of free services and entertainment is the Framingham Public LibraryThey have free events and films just about every week, a collection of free videos and DVD's, and museum passes for free or reduced admission. They also have kept a file of the coupons that are inserted in the Sunday newspapers.
The Framingham History Center offers special programs that are free to members and admission is by donation. Programs usually include a tasty assortment of refreshments.
If you get an Inspection Sticker at Suburban Shell on Old Conn Path, in Framingham,you receive a free car wash.
If you get an oil change at the Clean Machine on Rt. 9W, Framingham, you receive a free car wash.
If you like Bruegger's, consider buying their "Bottomless Mug," only available during November and December, which will entitle you to as many cups of coffee, tea, iced tea, soda, or hot cocoa as you want during the following year. The "Bottomless Mug" offer is $ 139 and you have your choice of a mug, card, or keytag to present for your beverage of choice. If you frequent Bruegger's, this is a great deal, as they also give you discounts on food items. There is a Bruegger's in Shoppers World, facing Rt. 9, on the Olive Garden side.

The Callahan Senior Center on Union Ave., Framingham, has a consignment shop, Heritage Gallery, that is fun to browse for treasures.
