Framingham Annual Town Meeting begins this week

FRAMINGHAM,MA -- The Annual Town Meeting will begin on Tuesday April 24, 2007. There are 65 warrant articles which include bylaw and budget articles. These will be voted on by Town Meeting Members during the Town Meeting sessions held at the Memorial Building at 7:30 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for about 4 weeks.


Recently, Town Moderator Joel Winett held two warrant review meetings. The meeting on April 9th was for non-budget articles and the meeting on April 11th was for budget articles. These meetings went for about two hours. The meeting on April 9th will be shown on Public Access TV (RCN Channel 9 and COMCAST Channel 13). The meeting on April 11th will be shown on Government Access TV (Channel 3). Refer to the following web sites for the future schedule:
