Celebrate & Support Athenaeum Hall Restoration Sept. 29th

Open House & Friends of Saxonville Fundraiser the Saturday

FRAMINGHAM, MA -- This Saturday, September 29th, the Friends of Saxonville invite the community to help celebrate the completion of the first phase of the restoration of Athenaeum Hall on Concord St. in Saxonville.

Thanks to donations, grants, and the efforts of the Friends of Saxonville, the Athenaeum now has new doors and new paint in its original colors and other improvements.

Saturday afternoon, from noon to 4 p.m. drop by during the free Open House to take a tour and find out more. Saturday evening enjoy hors d'oeuvres and desserts from Whole Foods Market on Rt. 9, live music by Late Nite Radio, a silent auction, and wine bar. Tickets are only $ 35.

You can also help restoration efforts by shopping at Whole Foods Market on Rt. 9 Framingham on October 3rd. Whole Foods will be donating 5 percent of all purchases made on that Wednesday to the Friends of Saxonville.
