Holiday Skate to Benefit Loring Arena

FRAMINGHAM, MA -- A Holiday Skate to benefit the Loring Arena Legacy Foundation will take place on Wednesday Dec. 27th 1-4 pm at Loring Arena 165 Fountain St. Framingham.

Hit the ice and work off some of those Holiday calories! There will be skating, games, raffle prizes and fun for the whole family! Skate rentals are available. All proceeds benefit the Loring Arena Legacy Foundation, a non-profit group created to promote and support the Arena and to once again make it a year-round gathering place for local residents.

Our initial goal is to raise money for the modernization of the facility, improving all aspects of the Arena and making it a true civic center that can host events 12 months a year. In addition to our long-term goals of renovating the building, we will support improvements of the existing structure through fund-raising and increased civic awareness. Come on by and get your legs moving! You'll be helping the Foundation get moving on improvements that will allow another generation of families
to enjoy this important town resource for years to come.
