On Wednesday, April 14th, members of Carpenters Local 336 along with State Representatives Patrick Lewis and Robinson, and members of Framingham's City Council will rally at 130 Worcester Road, Framingham from 4:30pm-5:30pm to bring attention to the issue of tax fraud in construction and the need for Massachusetts legislators and Governor to pass wage theft and tax fraud legislation immediately. Drop-off Unwanted Prescription Drugs at Police Station
On Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 10am-2pm., the Framingham Police Department will allow the public to dispose of expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. Bring any pills, patches, liquids, or ointments for disposal to the Framingham Police Station at 1 William Welch Way, Downtown Framingham (off Union Ave). The service is free and anonymous, with no questions asked.

8:00am 'til 2:00pm --The Framingham Department of Public Works will host its annual paper shredding event, "Shred Fest", Saturday, April 24, at the Recycling Drop-Off Center, 255 Mount Wayte Avenue, Framingham *** Residents can bring their paper documents to the event to be destroyed confidentially. *** This event is open to all Framingham residents with a Recycling Center permit. In place of a permit, residents may donate non-perishable food items or gently used clothing. *** Face coverings will be required to access the facility and attend this event. *** Shredding will be performed on-site by E.L. Harvey & Sons, Inc. ***
