A local group of volunteer acupuncturists is offering free community acupuncture for veterans, active military, first responders and their families. The program addresses issues related to post combat stress such as sleep, anxiety, panic or other mood changes. VAC is located at St. Andrew's Church 3 Maple St. Framingham MA. The ongoing clinic will be open the hours of 10 a.m.-12 noon every Saturday. Last sitting is 11:30 am. Walk in. No appointment needed. Veterans Coffee and Conversation
Hello from the sunny south,Just a brief reminder that our Veterans Coffee and Conversation will be held on Friday, January 18 at 9:30. Unfortunately due to a passing in Paul Carews Family.I did not contact him at this time. Also his replacement speaker is in California and cannot make it. This leaves us with a void.So, lets review where we are and where we want to be. This will help in future plans.Last month Chuck Pross who presented his program on coding was outstanding, I will try to bring you more meetings like that one.I shoot for next month, hopefully , whats happening to our Veterans Benefits, Followed by a program on the Veterans Court, here in Framingham at the Middlesex Court.Have a good year.Larry Herson

Open Mic Night
The wildly popular Open Mic Night Presented by Centre Music House has moved to a new location! Located in downtown Framingham, Sofa Cafe will now be hosting this monthly event. Open Mic Night will be presented on the last Friday of each month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. All musicians and budding musicians are welcome to participate in this event. Open Mic Night welcomes participants and audience of all ages. A backline is provided for performers which includes a P.A. system, microphones, drum set, amplifiers, and a keyboard. You may bring your own personal instruments (guitars, woodwinds, brass, violins, etc.) and effects. We look forward to seeing you all there and making Open Mic Night at Sofa Cafe a great success!
