Day of Wellness
On Saturday, April 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., The Plymouth Church in Framingham is excited to invite the entire community to a free Day of Wellness. A variety of experienced professionals in the fields of massage therapy, acupuncture (from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.), yoga, yoga for kids, meditation, Qi Gong, spinal screenings, and Reiki treatments will be on hand to offer classes and personal consultation. Check your blood pressure, take a meditative walk in our Labyrinth, learn new ways to maintain your health and well-being. Admission is FREE. Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a special area for kids. Childcare will be offered from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.If our long winters leave you listless and sluggish, treat yourself to a day of healing and self-care. Family Day: A Grand Tour of Italy

Mother's Day Gifts
Hey Dads! Come in with your son or daughter to make a beautiful vase to hold your mother's day flowers, or bring mom along too and work on gifts as a family! Think of all the mother's in your life: mom, grandma, or any other mother figure. If you have other project ideas that can be completed in this class time, the instructor will support you in your own creation as well. Silhouettes Fundraiser at the Christa McAuliffe Library
The Friends of the Library are hosting a silhouettes fundraiser at the Christa McAuliffe Branch Library (746 Water Street). Hand-cut by Massachusetts artist Jean Comerford, these unique portraits make perfect gifts for Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, and more. Times on April 28 are from 12-5pm and on April 29 from 10am-5pm. Wiggly little ones are welcome and you will walk out with your silhouette.
