10th Annual Tunes For Toys Benefit Concert (at Amazing Things)
8:00pm - "Ball in the House" is hosting Amazing Things' 10th Annual Tunes For Toys Benefit Concert, Saturday, February 28th, 2015 *** Please bring new, unwrapped toys to donate to Children's Hospital Boston. (Note: All toys must be brand new and unwrapped. No stuffed animals, please). Toy donations supply their activity rooms, provide birthday gifts to patients that have to celebrate in the hospital, and to celebrate major recovery accomplishments. *** The five-member vocal band Ball in the House brilliantly blends a wide range of influences, from classic R&B to pop, hip-hop & gospel. Veterans Acupuncture Care (VAC)
A local group of volunteer acupuncturists is offering free community acupuncture for veterans, active military, first responders and their families. The program addresses issues related to post combat stress such as sleep, anxiety, panic or other mood changes. VAC is located at St. Andrew's Church 3 Maple St. Framingham MA. The ongoing clinic will be open the hours of 10 a.m.-12 noon every Saturday. Last sitting is 11:30 am. Walk in. No appointment needed.
