Veterans Acupuncture Care (VAC)
A local group of volunteer acupuncturists is offering free community acupuncture for veterans, active military, first responders and their families. The program addresses issues related to post combat stress such as sleep, anxiety, panic or other mood changes. VAC is located at St. Andrew's Church 3 Maple St. Framingham MA. The ongoing clinic will be open the hours of 10 a.m.-12 noon every Saturday. Last sitting is 11:30 am. Walk in. No appointment needed.

Framingham High School Poetry Slam Finals (at Amazing Things)
7:30pm -- Framingham High School will hold the final round of its 8th Annual Poetry Slam Wednesday, April 30, 2014 *** A "slam" is a competition between teams of poets who perform their own original work, bringing poetry off the page and onto the stage in a gloves-off, no-holds-barred verbal boxing match with judges chosen randomly from the audience.
